How do I place an order?
Select the items you wish to purchase, eg. Notes, slides, a combination of both and add them to your shopping basket. Proceed to checkout and complete the order and payment fields. Click ‘complete order’
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept debit or credit card payment online only, which uses Stripe, a globally recognised payment processing provider.
What information will you need from me?
We will need your name, company name, address, telephone number and email address. Please ensure your email address is typed correctly as your products will be sent to the address you enter.
How do I receive the resources I have bought?
All digital products will be sent to you via a URL link provided in the email.
Why did I not receive my order confirmation?
Please check your junk mailbox in case the email has been misdirected. If you have not received the email within five-minutes of placing the order and the confirmation email is not in junk mail, please use the contact us form to get in touch
Where is my book order?
Books are ordered from the publisher and your order will be processed by them
Where is my Digest order?
LawSkills Monthly Digest is ordered from a different source. Your order will have been received and you will be sent a confirmation email and download link separately.
Can I get a VAT receipt?
Yes a VAT receipt will be emailed to you automatically
Can I pay by cheque?
No unfortunately we do not accept cheque payments
Can I order over the phone?
We do not accept telephone orders
